Help Desk System

This product is currently in its final stages of development and will be available soon. The Help Desk System has the following capabilities:

  • Ticket creation with category, problem/request, solution and comment fields
  • Client and contact databases
  • Scheduling and calendar views
  • APB (All Points Bulletin) database
  • Printable work orders
  • Web Based for remote access by technicians
  • Client access to submit and track tickets

Requirements

  • Yolles's Help Desk System requires a Web Server running on most any OS, you can pick your flavor.
  • Intranet or Internet ready network
  • Web Browser (client)
