Help Desk System
This product is currently in its final stages of development
and will be available soon. The Help Desk System has the following
capabilities:
- Ticket creation with category, problem/request, solution
and comment fields
- Client and contact databases
- Scheduling and calendar views
- APB (All Points Bulletin) database
- Printable work orders
- Web Based for remote access by technicians
- Client access to submit and track tickets
Requirements
- Yolles's Help Desk System requires a Web Server running
on most any OS, you can pick your flavor.
- Intranet or Internet ready network
- Web Browser (client)
